New for the 2022 Festival!

It includes a LONG 16.5 mile swim run with 4 swim legs and 4 run legs and a SHORT 7 mile swim run with 3 swim legs and 3 run legs.

What is the route?
All swim runs follow the South West Coastpath from South Milton Sands, to Outer Hope, where the second swim leg takes place.
Here swim runners swim to Inner Hope, via a marker buoy or one of our safety kayakers (a 400m swim). Short swim runners then run back to South Milton Sands.
Long Swim Runners continue on to Salcombe’s North Sands for the third swim leg before running back along the coast path for their final swim section from Inner Hope to Outer Hope (opposite direction).
Both short and Long swim runs end at South Milton Sands, via a short inland section to East Soar.
NB: The route is a repeat of the Rocky Horror Swim Run 2021 but with a different finish at Hope Cove, which is why it’s about 1.5 miles less in distance.
